Effective date: August 19, 2026
These terms apply to every DocSearch Health plan that renews automatically. They are written to be read before you buy, not after.
1. What you are signing up for
A DocSearch plan is a bundle, not just a product. Every plan includes:
- A clinical intake reviewed by a licensed US clinician
- The prescribed medication, if you are approved
- Ongoing clinician access and dose adjustments for the length of the plan
- Free standard shipping on every fill
There is no separate consultation fee, no membership fee, and no shipping charge. The plan price is the total you pay.
2. Billing schedule
Each plan states its billing period on the product page and at checkout. Plans are billed in advance for the full period:
- Monthly plans are billed once every month.
- 3-month plans are billed once every 3 months.
- 6-month plans are billed once every 6 months.
- 12-month plans are billed once every 12 months.
The price shown is the amount charged each period. It is not a per-month breakdown of a longer plan.
3. When you are first charged
Placing an order does not charge you. We place an authorization hold on your payment method while a clinician reviews your intake, normally within 48 hours.
- Approved: the hold is captured and becomes your first payment. Your billing period starts that day.
- Not approved: the hold is released in full. You are charged nothing, and no plan is created.
4. Automatic renewal
Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, until you cancel. We email you before each renewal with the date and the amount.
5. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee and without calling anyone.
- Sign in at patient.docsearch.com and cancel from your plan page, or
- Email support@docsearch.com, or call (407) 974-6808.
Cancelling stops all future charges. It takes effect immediately for renewals that have not yet been billed.
6. Refunds after cancellation
A fill that has already been dispensed and shipped cannot be returned or refunded, because prescription medication cannot be reused. On a multi-period plan, any fills that have been paid for but not yet dispensed are refunded pro rata when you cancel. Full detail is in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
7. Price changes
We will not change the price of your active plan without telling you first. If a price changes, we email you at least 30 days before the renewal it would apply to, so you can cancel before being charged the new amount.
8. If treatment stops being appropriate
Your clinician may pause or end your plan on medical grounds. If that happens we stop billing immediately and refund anything paid for and not yet dispensed. Your health comes before the subscription.
9. Payment method
Keep your card current in the patient portal. If a renewal payment fails we retry and email you; if it cannot be collected, the plan is paused rather than cancelled, so you do not lose your treatment history.
