This page explains where we ship, what it costs, and how long delivery takes.

1. Where we ship

We ship to residential and business addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally. Some products cannot be shipped to certain states because of state rules; if that applies to your address, we will tell you before any charge is made and release the authorization hold in full.

2. Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order. There are no handling fees and no surcharges for insulated packaging. The price you see on your plan is the price you pay.

3. How long it takes

An order has three stages. The clock starts when you complete your intake, not when your card is charged.

  1. Clinical review — normally within 48 hours. A licensed clinician reviews your intake. You are charged only if you are approved.
  2. Preparation — within 5 business days of approval. Our partner facility prepares and releases your order.
  3. Transit — 2 to 4 business days. Delivered by a national carrier.

In practice most patients receive their first shipment within 4 to 9 business days of approval. Refills on an active subscription skip the review stage and usually arrive faster.

4. Packaging

Every shipment is discreet: there is nothing on the outside of the box that identifies the contents. Temperature-sensitive items ship with insulation and cold packs sized for the transit time.

5. Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and you can see the status of every order at any time in your patient portal at patient.docsearch.com.

6. Delivery problems

If your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally scan early — then contact us. If a package is lost, delayed to the point that cold-chain integrity is at risk, or arrives damaged, we replace it at no cost to you. See our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and that someone can retrieve the package promptly. Contact us if anything goes wrong and we will work with you.

7. Address changes

You can update your shipping address in your patient portal at any time. A change takes effect on your next refill; to redirect an order that is already being prepared, contact us right away.
