By registering as a DocSearch partner you accept these terms. They form the agreement between you and DocSearch Health Solutions LLC for the partner program, and they apply together with the DocSearch Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not register and do not promote DocSearch.
These terms explain exactly what you earn, when it is approved, and when it is paid. Read them before you promote anything. If something here is unclear, ask us before you post — we would rather answer a question than reverse a commission.
1. What you earn
Commissions are a flat dollar amount, not a percentage, and they are lifetime: you are credited on the first order and again on every renewal, for as long as the patient stays. The amount depends on the product sold.
| Product | Customer pays | You earn |
|---|---|---|
| Tirzepatide/B12 — Monthly Plan | $269.00 / month | $41.00 every month it renews |
| Tirzepatide/B12 — 3-Month Plan | $687.00 every 3 months | $104.00 every 3 months it renews |
| Tirzepatide/B12 — 6-Month Plan | $1,254.00 every 6 months | $189.00 every 6 months it renews |
| Tirzepatide/B12 — 12-Month Plan | $2,148.00 every 12 months | $323.00 every 12 months it renews |
| Semaglutide/B12 — Monthly Plan | $229.00 / month | $35.00 every month it renews |
| Semaglutide/B12 — 3-Month Plan | $567.00 every 3 months | $86.00 every 3 months it renews |
| Semaglutide/B12 — 6-Month Plan | $1,014.00 every 6 months | $153.00 every 6 months it renews |
| Semaglutide/B12 — 12-Month Plan | $1,788.00 every 12 months | $269.00 every 12 months it renews |
| Pulse Band | $149.00 | $50.00 |
| Pulse Smart Ring | $149.00 | $50.00 |
Products not listed above do not pay a commission. If you are unsure whether something is covered, ask first.
$10 welcome bonus
When your application is approved we credit a one-time $10.00 welcome bonus to your account. It is credited immediately on approval, it is not tied to any sale, and it is not subject to the 30-day approval period. It is paid once per partner, ever.
The bonus counts towards your $100.00 minimum, but on its own it does not reach it. You still need $100.00 of total approved balance before any payment is issued.
Lifetime commission — you are paid again on every renewal
You earn a commission on the sale that brings a customer in, and you earn it again every time that customer’s plan renews. On a monthly plan that is every month; on a 3, 6 or 12-month plan it is at the end of each term. The amount in the table above is what you receive per billing cycle, for as long as the customer keeps paying.
There is no cap and no expiry date. A patient who stays on the Semaglutide/B12 Monthly Plan for a year pays twelve times, so you are credited twelve times — $420.00 in total. If that patient stays a second year, you are credited for the second year too.
A commission is only created when a payment is actually captured. An authorisation on its own does not create one: if a physician does not prescribe and the hold is released, nothing is captured and no commission is created. The same applies if a renewal payment fails and is not recovered.
If the subscription ends, future commissions simply stop. You keep everything already earned and approved for the cycles the customer paid for. There is nothing to claw back and nothing pending to cancel.
Each commission goes through the normal 30-day approval period, counted from the day that cycle’s payment was captured, and is paid in the first payout run after it is approved.
The Pulse Band and the Pulse Smart Ring are one-off purchases, not subscriptions. They pay $50.00 once, on the sale.
2. How a commission is earned
Tracking. When someone clicks your partner link, we place a tracking cookie in their browser that lasts 30 days. If they purchase within that window, the sale is credited to you — even if they leave and come back later, and even if they type our address directly the second time.
First referrer wins. If more than one partner refers the same customer, the commission goes to the first partner who referred them.
Cookies can be lost. If the customer clears their cookies, switches device, or opens your link inside an app that strips tracking, the sale may not be credited. This is a limitation of how web tracking works and applies to every affiliate program. Use your own link every time, and encourage people to open it in a normal browser.
A commission is created when payment is captured, not when the order is placed. DocSearch is a telehealth service. A patient places an order, then completes a medical consultation. If a clinician does not issue a prescription, the payment is never captured, the order is cancelled, and no commission is generated. This is normal and it is not a tracking failure.
Self-referrals are not allowed. Purchases made through your own link, or by members of your household, will be rejected.
3. When a commission is approved
Every commission is held for 30 days from the date the payment is captured. This window covers refunds, cancellations and disputes. Once the 30 days pass without incident, the commission is approved and joins your payable balance.
We know 30 days feels long. It is the standard for high-value commissions in this industry, and it exists so we can pay confidently rather than pay and then ask for money back.
4. When you get paid
- Accounts close on the 30th of each month. Everything approved on or before that date is included.
- Payment is issued within the first 5 days of the following month.
- Minimum payout: $100.00 USD. You must have reached at least $100.00 of approved balance before a payment can be issued. If your balance is below $100.00 at close, no payment goes out that month and the full amount carries over to the next one. Nothing is lost — it simply waits until you cross $100.00.
Putting the two windows together: expect payment between 30 and 60 days after the sale, depending on where in the month it happened. A sale early in the month waits longer than one made just before close, because it has to clear its own 30-day approval window first.
Payment methods. Direct bank transfer to your own bank account. You will be asked to provide your payment details in your partner account before your first payout. Any fee charged by an intermediary bank is deducted from the payment amount. We do not pay by PayPal.
5. Tax
We are required to collect a completed IRS Form W-9 before your first payment. No W-9, no payment — this is not discretionary on our side.
If you are paid $600.00 or more in a calendar year, we will issue a Form 1099-NEC. You are responsible for your own taxes. Nothing in this program creates an employment relationship.
If you are not a U.S. taxpayer, contact us before promoting — different forms and payment routes apply.
6. Reversals and clawbacks
If a sale is refunded, charged back, or cancelled after we have already paid you, the commission is reversed and deducted from your next payment. If your balance does not cover it, the difference remains as an outstanding amount against your account.
We will always tell you which sale was reversed and why.
7. How you may promote
Always disclose that you earn a commission. U.S. law (FTC, 16 CFR Part 255) requires it, and it must be obvious — at the top of a caption, spoken in a video, visible without tapping “more”. “#ad”, “paid partnership” or “I earn a commission if you use my link” all work. Burying it in a bio or a comment does not.
Never make medical claims. Do not promise weight-loss results, do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued, do not use before-and-after imagery, and do not present yourself as giving medical advice. These are prescription medications reviewed by a licensed clinician on a case-by-case basis. Use the approved creatives and copy we provide.
Email and SMS. If you promote by email you must comply with CAN-SPAM: real sender identity, a working unsubscribe link, and honouring opt-outs promptly. If you promote by SMS you must have prior express written consent from every recipient under the TCPA. Statutory damages run from $500 to $1,500 per message, and liability can reach the advertiser as well as the sender. If you cannot document consent for every number, do not send.
Do not impersonate DocSearch. Do not create accounts, pages or ads that appear to be operated by us, and do not use our brand in a way that suggests you are the company.
Healthcare professionals. Clinicians and healthcare staff may not earn commissions for referring their own patients. Federal and state anti-kickback rules apply and the consequences are serious. If you work in healthcare, talk to us before joining.
8. Fraud and account closure
We may withhold or cancel commissions and close an account for: falsified traffic, cookie stuffing, bot traffic, self-referrals, misrepresenting DocSearch, making medical claims, or any conduct that exposes DocSearch to legal or regulatory risk.
We would much rather coach you than close your account. If we see something, we will tell you first — unless the activity is clearly fraudulent.
9. Changes to the program
We may change commission amounts, add or remove eligible products, and update these terms. We will give notice before any change to commission amounts takes effect. Commissions already generated are honoured at the rate that applied when the sale was made.
