A commission is approved once the physician approves the prescription and the order is charged. Orders that don't result in a prescription are never charged — and don't generate a commission.
Approved commissions are held for 30 days before payout. This covers refunds and chargebacks and it's standard across the industry.
Direct bank transfer to your own bank account. We do not pay by PayPal. Accounts close on the 30th and payment goes out in the first five days of the following month. You must have reached $100 of approved balance to be paid — below that, the full amount rolls over to the next month and nothing is lost.
US partners must submit a completed W-9 before the first payout. We issue a 1099-NEC to anyone earning $600 or more in a calendar year.

You can be both, but you cannot earn commission on your own purchases. Self-referrals are automatically rejected.
