What exactly gets charged, and when?
Nothing today. We authorize the amount shown on your plan so the pharmacy can be paid the moment a prescription is issued — but no money leaves your account. A physician reviews your intake in under 48 hours. If they prescribe, the authorization becomes the charge and your medication ships within 5 days. If they don’t, the hold is released in full.
My dose will go up. Will the price go up too?
No. The price of your plan is the same at every dose level, including after titration. It is the same number for the whole plan.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing date. Multi-month plans renew automatically at the same price at the end of each period, and you can cancel anytime before your renewal date. If a physician does not prescribe, the hold on your card is released in full. Medication cannot be returned once dispensed — that is a pharmacy rule, not ours.
Is this the same as Ozempic or Zepbound?
No. These are compounded medications prepared by a licensed US pharmacy. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness. They contain the same active ingredients — semaglutide, tirzepatide — prescribed by a US-licensed physician.
